Gustavo Merino Martinez

Gustavo is a sophomore in Mather House concentrating in Government. He currently serves as Harvard LiFT's Vice President of Operations, where he is tasked with managing the organization's internal records alongside taking point on fiscal procedures. Gustavo initially became involved with LiFT during his freshman year, frequently attending professional development workshops/events. He plans on pursuing a career in tech policy, first becoming interested in the field during his junior year of high school after researching AI's propensity for furthering racial inequality. Outside of LiFT, you can find Gustavo watching fútbol, hanging out with friends, or going for a walk along the Charles River.
